I have been used R5C and met same issue when I updated FriendlyWrt from 2023-12-23 to later one. This issue was solved by reinstalling 2023-12-23 and then keeping the version of wireless-regdb as 2023-09-01. But I think it is bothering to install older FriendlyWrt.
