Does the T4 boot form nvme? how is an image loaded to nvme? is performance increased in nvme over emmc? if so, by how much?

I have followed the following directions to rotate the screen:

but the mouse still stays in the default orientation. How do you rotate the mouse to work with the screen rotation?
