Sent an email to tech support asking this same question, and was directed to the wiki and to the Lubuntu OS page which had the directions to rotate the screen clockwise 90 degrees. No other reply is needed.

Does anyone know if you can switch the resolution on an HD702 LCD display from the 800x1280 to 1280x800, it is attached to a NanoPC-T3 Plus so I can use it like a laptop instead of a tablet?
