To those who might find this by searching:

Dual display works for the NanoPC-T4 FriendlyDesktop 18.04 image, possibly other images as well. I am currently using their 7" touch (eDP) and HDMI out.

To close the question, the 7" eDP touchscreen and an external HDMI monitor work with FriendlyDesktop out-of-the-box.

I was able to successfully disable the console auto-login in FriendlyDesktop by using npi-config, but I am unable to disable the autologin of the GUI.

Is anyone familiar with this? Can it be done?
