It's not just the NanoPi R5C. It's all downloads. I was looking for Nanopi M4V2 downloads yesterday.
I finally got a device working with the UART and was able to capture what happens during boot. I'm having the same problem. Tried multiple SD cards, different images, the power supply I purchased from Friendly Elec and a PC power supply. None work. I get the same power light with no activity light other than a brief flash when powering up. No response from tech support. What do you see on th...

the M4V2 only comes in a 4GB model...
Order the M4 V2. Comes with 4GB and it's cheaper than the M4 when you add the 4GB option.
I ran into the same problem with downloads. Not that it matters... HDMI doesn't seem to work with the images i tried.
