I have the same issue with the internal RTC and since this is a design issue and will not be solved the question is - Is there a way to install external RTC like DS3231 or Matrix?

I can confirm.
We did test the same and the results are exactly the same as posted above.
If there is no configuration for the internal RTC is there a way to connect external one at least ?
