+1 I am also curious about this. I was previously running the 2018-12-19 release of FriendlyDesktop where Samsung 870 was working fine. I just updated to the 2019-06-25 and now the drive is no longer detected. I am running Samsung 960 PRO 512GB on T4 without a problem. (latest Armbian Bionic version)

I know my opinion is based, but Armbian has many advantages especially when we come to CLI/server cases. Its not just removing stuff which you might not need and only takes some space on your SD card.
