Nanopi Fire2A Both LED lights blink rapidly and wont boot

I was in the process of working with my Nanopi Fire2A with the S430 LCD panel. The board suddenly stopped working and both led lights blink rapidly. I have tried resetting the board unplugging/replugging power holding power button. I cannot get the board to boot. Is the board broken? Both red and green LED lights just blink rapidly as soon as i turn it on..
