USB issue on NanoPI NEO2 Plus

Moderators: chensy, FATechsupport

Hi all, I've developed an integrated system that uses 2 USB devices connected to the strip pins. One is a wifi dongle and other is a USB video camera. My project started with an old revision of the board (I don't know exactly which one, how can I find it?). Now the issue: currently I bought new boards, I think revision 1.2, and the video camera is not recognized. I got many errors on kernel log. These errors are:
[ 70.298757] usb 7-1: device descriptor read/64, error -110
[ 75.999800] usb 7-1: device descriptor read/8, error -110
[ 81.375795] usb 7-1: device descriptor read/8, error -110
[ 86.751781] usb 7-1: device descriptor read/8, error -110

Same USB video camera connected to the standard USB connector works fine! What happened to the USB on strip connector?

The operating system of my original project is:
Welcome to Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS 4.14.52

but I got these errors also with the one pre installed:
Welcome to Ubuntu core 16.04 LTS 4.14.111

Thank to everyone can help me to solve the issue!
Bye, Davide
Post the full kernel log from the working one and from the one with the issue.
Post the kernel config also (both).
