one wire pin assignment on the nanopi2

After looking at the matrix library code for the nanopi2, I discovered that the library supports the one-wire ds18b20 temperature sensor. However there's no indication as to which pin is the w1-gpio driver attached to. Can somepne please confirm that pin to which the one wire driver is attached to? Also will i need to add an external pull-up resistor? or is the pull-up internally enabled.
