Unable to boot

Hello,
My NanoPC-T2 eMMC storage got corrupted, I can no longer can boot up via emmc or sd storage.
How can I flash eMMC from scratch?
All the documentation I found assumes that the device can boot.
Should I get a serial board to flash it?
