Install own android custom image into emmc using NanoPC-T2

I am create android custom image lolipop 5.1 in NanoPC-T2 at different .img file like as boot.img, cache.img, userdata.img, system.img, partmap.txt .
I am copy the all files into samsung 16gb sd card. How to install all image file into emmc on the NanoPC-T2 memory.
How to install?
