M2 - Android HDMI issues

I have flashed the SD card with Android and booted it on M2, but i have some issues with LCD HDMI 1920x1080P and this configuration works with debian (M2) and other boards.

During boot, it displays the FriendlyArm boot logo and turns off HDMI, after 3 secs it shows FriendlyArm Android booting logo and turns off HDMI again (no signal), after 3 or 5 secs it displays the Android Start Screen (with the Clock) and immediately turns off again, every 5 or 10 secs it turns hdmi on and off.

If i push the turn-off button on M2 it displays the Shut down Android dialog and i can see the screen again, but the colors and bitmap images have kind of trashed colors (snow signal).

I don't use HDMI to DVI, it is HDMI to HDMI.
It is stock Android from FriendlyArm.
Debian works with this configuration 1280x720P on this monitor LCD.

How can it be fixed?

* tested on another monitor and same issue with less frequent hdmi off, seems to be a problem with sleeping mode.

I mistakenly said 1920x1080P is working in Debian, which is not working also.
Power supply is 5V 2.1A.

I will be in a business trip and when i get back will attach the log.

Update:
This same PSU 5v 2.1A works nice for the M1 and 1920x1080P on 42" tv monitor and 1920x1080P monitor.
I have tried to get the log using the TTL To RS232 Module(PSU-ONECOM)without success, i have tried also using null modem cable and cross cable but nothing comes out from debug port, i suspect it is not enabled, is it?

Anyway, i grabbed a video showing the issue and this issue happens also in Debian img.

I can't get the Amps on the microUSB port, but the PSU is consuming 5 W (0.50A) at peak during boot, but the problems hit when it switch to 1080P ( ~3 W).
If this is a problem of the PSU (5V 2.1A), can i power the board using only the PSU-ONECOM?

I have tried with another 1920x1080P monitor, same problem.

I have made some comments on the Debian HDMI issue that may be useful to reproduce/trace the problem.
Got new PSU to test, so the problem is not the microUSB, i powered the board using only the PSU-ONECOM and the problem still exist.
The problem must be in the "EDID", broken?.
