M2 - Android HDMI Resolution

How do I Set the HDMI resolution for Android?
No matter which monitor I use, System logs show that it returns to 1920x1080
It doesnt matter what I put in lcds.c, or if I bypass the EDID Check and have it go to default (Supposed to be 720P60), it still boots up at 1920x1080
I have recreated this on 3 monitors now.
Can you advise how I can force the HDMI Resolution please
