Shutdown Android sofrware

Moderators: chensy, FATechsupport

Hello,
I have a question about the shutdown process on NanoPi-2 when running android,
How to shutdown
you will need some method of telling system to shut down

a) terminal emulator
b)play store shutdown application

These apps will need ROOT privileges for shutting down
I use KingRoot and it works good. I have not tried SuperSU yet
After android has shut down the GREEN(power ) will stay on, and you can simply remove sd card while powered off.

My question is can the Second button (called USER button next to RTC battery holes) be programmed to simulate power button when pressed?
Yes you can do it that way. However since the Pi 2 doesn't have a power management unit even after you configure it as a power button it cannot really shut down the power. Pressing it can shut down the system but the power is still on.
