Turn on screen by touching

Moderators: chensy, FATechsupport

I use NanoPi M2 and it's touchscreen LCD.
When we use Android's screen saver feature (turning off screen after a timeout of inactivity), to turn on the screen again I must press the power button located on the board. Is it possible to change Android source code or a setting to keep the touch controller always awake. So If I touch on the screen, it will automatically turn on the LCD screen.
Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.
Hi , if you used an X710 you can press either the menu button or the home button to activate the LCD again. If you use another 7"LCD you can modify Android's code to make it always on however we haven't studied this topic.
