i want to use android apps like sms and dial, after search find must use RIL, but dont know any else about it and how to use it
i want to use SIM7100C (http://simcomm2m.com/En/module/detail.aspx?id=85) and in specifications see "RIL Driver" and "RIL supporting for Android/Windows CE/Mobile", how to use it?
and what about SIM900 (http://simcomm2m.com/En/module/detail.aspx?id=71) dont have RIL.

I have a partial working RIL build for the NanoPC T3 Plus with Android 5.1 and include the SIMCOM RIL and I can send and receive SMS but PPP crashes com.android.phone after it connects. Trying to get some help with this.

I've gotten to work but it won't send or receive multi-part message for now.
