How to tell if my NANOPI-M1 is having 1GB or 512M RAM?

I had just received my NANOPI-M1, however I can't tell if the M1 given to me is indeed 1GB, please advise how I can perform the check.

Hi If you run Debian you can try "free -m" in a commandline terminal. If you run Android you can check it like what you will do when you check an Android phone
