Compatibility of Mini2440 LCD's with NanoPi M2/3

Hi all,
Some time ago I had purchased Mini2440 board with 3.5" LCD+TS included and additional 7" LCD+TS (compatible with Mini2440). Is it possible to connect these (old) LCD's with NanoPi M2 and/or M3?
