SSH hangs and the time info goes back to past

Hi there,
I'm using NanoPI R1 with the official image.
A problem I encountered is that the SSH connection hangs randomly. Other services work, such as web server and ping... And the red LED is off or on, not flashing(normal situation)
It only comes back to normal by power off and then on. If I check the syslog(rsyslog installed), the system is rebooted automatically and time information is the past date(4 years back). After the reboot(power off/on) it comes back and works.
I'm struggling with this issue for a long time. I have suspected SD card and then now I'm using eMMC. But the problem is not cleared.
Any hint or advice on this?
