mini2440 reboot problem

I used to work with Tx35 model with DNW and I developed some executables and copped them to C:\ drive
NOW I have bought some Mini2440+ TD32 boards, I load them with latest WINCE image from Ref1:
when I reset the device, all my files are deleted.
