Hello all,

So I'm looking to build a mobile field computer and I would rather buy a NanoPi Fire 3 rather then a RaspberryPi 3. how ever I'm having trouble finding reliable information if my design will work with the NanoPi. (There is tons on documentation for for RaspberryPi/Linux builds, but I like the nano's specs better and Android would be my OS.)

I'm looking to get a cheap 3g Cellular module and a SIM card to get connected when out in the field, there are tons on USB to PCIe mini adapters for 3-5$ and 3g PCIe Modules for 10-20$. My primary concern is, will it work? I'm not a programmer by any means. I have doubts that this will just plug and play.

So my question is, how difficult would this be to get running? Would I be able to run a android OS and simply act like a tablet or will I be on the hunt for some obscure drivers?

Any input would be helpful! Thank you all!
