Nanopi Fire 3 Fuse?

Hello - I have 5 nanopi fire 3's. They were working well. Now 1of them will not power on.
When power is applied it makes a humming noise. No video is displayed. LED's do not light up. Is it possible there is a polyfuse or something else that will reset, or is it likely that this board has died?
