Flash an arm64 Lubuntu on emmc for T3-Plus?

Everyone, I am looking at getting an amd64 os on my new T3 Plus and it needs to have a normal user interface such as Lubuntu. Thanks for any information, I am unfortunately a bit new into the world of trying to edit images for flashing, but if anyone could let me know thanks!
