No bluetooth on M3 regardless of used distribution!!

Hi there,
I do not get any bluetooth device on the M3. I tried all images available on
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... 2GNr35E0if
but no image had a working onboard bluetooth.
Did somebody manage to get bluetooth working on the M3.... and how?
