GPIO assignments.. nFire3

Hello All,
I have several nFire3 Boards, I need to start a project were I will need GPIO access..
I saw in the wiki the GPIO output and schematics, but I don't know how to use lets say a pin for blick a led, or configure I2C0( GPIO pins 3,5 ).
Is made accessing Registers?
Were to set them..
