resistive touch screen support for nanopi 3

can i connect 7inch restistive touchscreen to nanopi 3 instead of capacitive

The NanoPi M3 supports 7'' LCD(capacitive and resistive touch). You can use HD702/S700/S70/S430 etc. LCD that you can watch from friendlyarm.com . But i donot understand what you mean about the '7inch restistive touchscreen'.
