Faulty M3 and 0% feedback from NanoPI Support

Hi,
I'm trying the forum as a last resort, as I'm getting ZERO satisfaction from NanoPi support or sales.
I have purchased four M3's, of which I have some issues with:
I have written numerous emails to support and sales, where they promise 24 response - but I have not received even an acknowledgement that they have received my emails (it is now two weeks later).
If NanoPi is monitoring this Forum - PLEASE respond.

- Amongst the features it mentioned an IPX antenna interface - none of my boards has this
- One of my M3's Ethernet port died (the OS does not detect eth0), and I need some assistance in troubleshooting it
