debian on nanopi fire 3

Hi!
I have installed s5p6818-debian-sd8g-20171102 on nanopi fire 3,finally it works properly, no error!
Anyway, I set CPU temperature monitor in the bottom right of task bar and it gived -273.
It seems debian does not read the cpu temperature . Any suggestion?
