tmpfs in dietpi image

Hi,
Are there any Debian image or Dietpi image that can be used in nexell core6818 board?
I've already use the image from https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... 23.img.zip, and it's successfully flash the image into the mmc.
I want to implement tmpfs that is implemented in dietpi image, is it possible?
I've try to use NanoPi M3/T3 image from dietpi, but there is an error when use that image.
