Connect arduino UNO to nanopi NEO

i would like to know how can I connect arduino UNO to nanopi NEO using RX and TX pins on ARMBIAN Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS 3.4.112-sun8i. It is possible? I have installed nodejs with jonny five to connect with arduino. Thanks for helping

Before you connect Uno and Neo the first time, Uno uses 5V logic while Neo uses 3.3V.
If you connect them directly, chances are good to kill Neo pins or the Neo.
You need a logic level converter, you can get for less than 1$, eg:
