I have been using neo air for about 9 months in machine vision/drone application. Initially i brought up 9 units, booting with console initially over wifi using ssh. I now need some more units - but I cannot get them to come up on wifi.

Here is the procedure I am using:
Create boot sd card. I use disk image write on ubuntu.
Mount it, and edit rootfs/etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf to have my network and password.
Insert sd card in new neo air. power on.
wait about 20 seconds of blue blinking light to allow DHCP to allocate an address.
run nmap -sn 192.168.101.0/24 to find new address.

Here is where things fail - no new addresses appear. In the past I have found the new address, then ssh to it, and off we go.

I have tried this with the 121, 220, 524, and 705 images. Both sd4g boot, and sd8g eflasher images. I have rebooted the network, and tried DHCP allocations with other devices. Other devices work.

But this batch of neo airs does not.

Any insights or help appreciated.

thanks, seth
