I got past this. Not clear how.
I am trying to re-flash Emmc using these directions: [url] http://wiki.friendlyarm.com/wiki/index. ... _NEO_Plus2

It appears eflasher was not included in the image - I searched the entire file system once it booted.
I am fairly confident the download is ok. the board boots from uSD card as expected with default configured login & host name etc. (I changed host name on OEM emmc).
Mediafire is really slow now and I would rather not wait for another image to be built (always pressed for time). Is there another way to get the eflasher executable and what else might I need?
