NanoPi Neo 2 Complete connect uart and/or i2c

Hi,
I am using a NanoPi Neo 2 Complete (with NanoHat OLED & aluminium case). There are two
connectors, one for uart, one for i2c. Which connectors are used there, so I can make
a working cable for these connections?
