Nano Neo running ubuntu 16.04 xenial

I need help. 1.) How do I set the system date and time? 2.) how do I set the hardware date and time? 3.) How do I make it update this when the system is rebooted? 4.) How do I make it update both of these at regular intervals. I apologize for the four questions, but I have googled for two days looking for information, and I am very frustrated.
