NanoPi NEO H3 1.2 not boot

Hello,
one day the nanopi turned off and since then when trying to start (from different power supplies, different sd cards) the diodes from lan are going down and only the STAT LED (green) flashes twice a moment of pause and again and again. what could be the reason?
