Nano Pi Neo Core Working Temperature

Dear friends,
Hi.
As Nano Pi Neo Core specifications, working temperature of module is -20℃ to 70℃, but working temperature of DDR3 Memory of module with part number K4B4G1646D-BCK0 is 0℃ to 85℃. how works this module up to -20℃ with this limitation?
