accessing leds on NanoPi-R1 using ubuntu core

Hello,
There are 3 leds on the NanoPi-R1 board, one is used by the system, but the other 2 are unused by the Ubuntu Core version.
I'm trying to set those 2 leds (from a C program or shell).
Is there a way doing this ?
