(SOLVED) Neo Air - Problem with I2C Bus (locked)

Hello everyone
I bought a NanoPi Neo Air and a NanoHatOLED.
I tried to get the Hat working with DietPi, but that did not work.
Now I just downloaded the latest "nanopi-neo-air_ubuntu-oled_4.x.y_YYYYMMDD.img", flashed it to my sdcard, booted and connected with uart. After boot, the following message appears every second and the display stays dark:
Does anyone know how to unlock I2C?
