Just saw that Nanopi Neo Air can be bought right now:

For minimal differences to Nanopi Neo choose the 512MB Neo variant (9.99$).
Nanopi Neo Air costs 17.99$ (and has no memory size choice).

100Mbps Ethernet gets replaced with Wifi & Bluetooth
added 8GB eMMC memory
