One LED Morse Code "display"...

An idea to use the SBC onboard LED to blink Morse Code, as a general interface to the user...

Since the "One LED Morse" idea can work with any other SBC, beyond the NEO, I am reposting here the idea...
To use the onboard LED (or GPIO) as a 1 LED Morse Code Display interface to communicate very short and very simple messages to the user...
