How to make flasher SD card? instructions don't make sense..

I assume I can make an SD card with the eflashier on it, but the instructions here appear to be wrong:

I down loaded friendlycore-xenial_4.14_armhf from the eflasher download area. This has several .img files in it
so which one do I use? (The instructions do not say.)
I need command line eflasher to back-up my emc install.
