Tree (architecture) of kernel on official ROM (3.4 or 4.14)

Hello,
I am currently trying to develop a project with Nanopi neo air and a cam500B (with ov5640 sensor).
I would like to know exaclty the content of the linux kernel that we are flashing. Indeed, I know that the camera is running (thanks to mjpeg streamer) but I want to directly send lines of codes to take pictures and modify registers of the sensor.
I cannot find the sensor driver on the installation when I look for it, that's why I ask for your help.
Thanks in advance for your answers.
