Nano Pi M1 plus of boot from SD card problem

Hi ,Dear All.
I am new at NanoPi M1+ user,
Recently I have install debian 8 on my NanoPi M1+,
But now I want to reload my system , So I got a New kernel for Linux version 4.4 on my SD card.
But I insert My SD card (has install os.img file) on my NanoPi M1+ ,
It seems open the system from the machine by itself(store in the NanoPi ROM ?) ,
But I want it open from SD card and install new system,
How can i do , please help me , and give me the guide to solve this problem,
