nanoPi NEO Air CAM500B driver - global shutter

I cannot locate the driver source for the camera in the lichee github repo. I know from this forum that ov5640.c is the the name of the driver source for the M1 - but I cannot locate this in the h3_lichee repo. I did find ov5642.c in media/video. Is this the correct driver.

My objective is to shift the camera to global shutter. My application is for an autonomous quad coptor - with vision processing handled by the nanoPi. The motion of the quad is causing smearing of the image, which is interfering with cv processing.

So - 2 questions:

Is there an easy way to config the camera to global shutter?
Where is the source for the driver in lichee?
