Installation of Mosquitto on NanoPi Neo

Hello,

I try to install Mosquitto on NanoPi Neo and have until now no success.
My OS is: nanopi-neo_ubuntu-core-xenial_4.11.2_20170908.img

If I go the Ubuntu way, I dont have the command: apt-add-repository, even if I ty to add it with:
apt-get install python-software-properties

If I go the Debian path with: wget http://repo.mosquitto.org/...., then I run into an other error:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
mosquitto : Depends: libwebsockets3 (>= 1.2) but it is not installable

What to do? Any hints are very welcome.

It surely runs on Armbian, since it's a clean and bloat/spyware free Linux. Made and inspected by a community.

Dietpi work is limited to userspace scripts, repacking. For Allwinner chips image is made from Armbian kernel, severely crippled (with no technical advantage toward armbian) Debian Jessie and a bunch of scripts which you don't want them to run with root privileges.

I have tried in the meanwhile Armbian, on this the Mosquitto installation works perfectly.

One reason to use the Friedly version has been WiringNP, which I got not installed on Armbian.
If you have an hint in order to install this or WiringPi would be great.

I have installed Mosquitto successfully on the NanoPi Neo with the
nanopi_neo_FriendlyCore-Xenial_4.11.2_20171102.
Now the usage of Mosquitto, Node-RED and WiringNP is possible.
