u-boot: No Ethernet Found (nanoPi NEO)

Hello all,
I want to load custom kernel through U-Boot TFTP on nanoPi NEO board.
But it seems all the available U-Boot builds for this board leave Ethernet disabled.
U-Boot reports:
net: No Ethernet found.
I have tried to build u-boot myself but have no idea how to enable ethernet for this board.
Any suggestions anyone?
