I did found a strange Message in dmesg of my NanoPi Neo with OLED Hat
using the image nanopi-neo_ubuntu-oled_4.14.0_20171219.img:
[ 0.324534] Unpacking initramfs...
[ 0.680355] Initramfs unpacking failed: junk in compressed archive

I also reinstalled the image, but did get the same message (did have a power outage and did think of a corrupted file-system or uSD-Card).

Acutal version after apt update & upgrade is
Welcome to Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS 4.14.0
root@NanoPi-NEO:~# uname -a
Linux NanoPi-NEO 4.14.0 #1 SMP Mon Dec 18 11:43:22 CST 2017 armv7l armv7l armv7l GNU/Linux

The Neo seems to work some time (3-4 hours) , then I got garbage on the OLED-Display and the Neo isnt reachable anymore.
This morning the OLED was blank but the Neo was rechable.

Iam using a external USB-WiFi-Dongle (and not the ethernet):
root@NanoPi-NEO:~# lsmod
