Network issue with Armbian buster

On Nanopi Neo Core 2 LTS (Allwiner H5) :

- Armbian Stretch stock : speedtest Down:90Mb/s Up:80Mb/s

- Armbian Buster stock : speedtest Down:90Mb/s Up:4Mb/s

Maybe regression in network drive ? I was not able to find any information on this issue ...

Kernel is talking with hardware but you forget to mention it. Please use support on armbian forum and provide data which is required.
