Cam500 with OPenCV Debian Jessie 3xxx official img

I am trying to access CAM500B using OpenCV, I have tried both python and C++ codes. Video from camera looks like in the above photo. I am using official img debian jessie 3xxx.
Can anyone provide the solution.
I have also re-installed the supported libraries and opencv.
